I'm not an artist but I can trace to beat the band. I'd never worked with acrylic paints before..that was pretty easy. The bummer is that it's on posterboard...if it gets wet this thing is toast. We don't want to talk about how long this took me..I'm sloowwwww. Hey, it was a good activity for this blogger girl who has a really bad cold. Kept me out of trouble, that's for sure.A close-up of one of the flowers.
Ok...now I have to go find something to wear to the wedding.
Yuukkkk....I'm the worst clothes shopper in the world.

RUN to the Print Stop amd they will laminate...I've done it there with poster size projects. Much too pretty to risk ruining in the rain and way too likely that it will rain. Want to go to the mall tonight? Call me.
Now that is a real work of art. I used to make ful;l size banners for the Church using the project and trace method.
And you said you didn't know how to paint lilies - this turned out gorgeous!
I have read some people use hair spray to protect the paint, but I'm always too afraid that will harm the painting - I've been meaning to try it on a "practice" picture.
Love the header!
I, too, was going to tell you to laminate -- of course by now you may have done so! Great job, btw.
I just found your blog and really enjoyed reading it. Great photos of a gorgeous garden! Thanks for sharing.
You did such a wonderful job! Do definitely laminate!
It's wonderful!!
I'm a terrible clothes shopper especially for dressy stuff.
